L’Guaria was created from a deeply personal need. After years of living and working in the fast-paced city life, I longed for a place to unplug — a place in my own country where I could return to stillness, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what truly matters. 

Costa Rica has always been home.

But I wanted a space within it that felt intentional — private, serene, and grounded in nature. L’Guaria became that sanctuary.

Inspired by the Guaria Morada, Costa Rica’s national flower, this villa was designed to bloom slowly and purposefully. It is a reflection of balance: comfort without excess, luxury without noise, beauty without distraction.

What began as a personal retreat is now a space I am honored to share with others.
